    Strip & Prep

    Old coatings and rust are chemically stripped or media blasted to a clean, profiled surface.

    Mask & Design

    Custom graphics are laid out and precision masked in-house before any powder is sprayed.

  3. 03

    Coat & Cure

    Electrostatic application followed by an oven cure locks the finish to the part at a molecular level.

  4. 04

    QC & Delivery

    Every piece is inspected for coverage, gloss, and color match before it leaves the shop.

Delta Forged Customs is a Mississippi-based powder coating shop focused on one thing: making automotive parts look better than factory. We work with weekend enthusiasts, restoration builds, off-road rigs, and custom show vehicles.
